My brain is yelling
“You’re sad
you’re sad, you’re sad!”
And I’m yelling back
“Why?”
over and over
until it becomes a shouting match
and soon I can’t
hear anything else

I'm Hannah. I'm 21, and chaotically creative. You can usually find me frustratedly hunched over some new craft I’m attempting, struggling to learn a new song on the ukulele, writing, drawing, singing, frowning or smiling at my camera depending on the success of my latest photo or video attempt, or sleeping.
😢😢😢
Hmm I know this feeling/mind state etc etc.. lol it usually means that I never seem to actually express or acknowledge on any meaningful level the sadness, because the inner conflict starts up again and the mental mindscape shifts. Our brains are tricksy things 🙂
Exactly, yes!
